The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) offers health insurance for individuals who are working and have a disability. Costing up to $35 a month, Arizona residents aged 16 to 64 who earn under 2,257 per month may be eligible.

Elite Community Services
Elite Community Services, LLC (ECS) recruits vocational providers, HCBS caregivers, and tutors to deliver services in the areas of tutoring, pre-employment transition-services, disability related employment services, work adjustment training, trial work experience, extended supported employment, rehabilitation instructional services, and much more. ECS also is contracted with DES/DDD – Division of Developmental Disabilities for long term job coaching with ISE and ESA, Habilitation, Respite, Attendant Care and Housekeeping. In Nevada, ECS holds contracts for Job Placement, Job Coaching, Advocacy, Situational Assessments, and CBA’s.

Ticket to Work Program
The Ticket to Work and Sufficiency Program is a federal program offering employment opportunities for Social Security beneficiaries aged 18 to 64 and receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The Ticket to Work and Sufficiency program offer a variety of resources and services like job counseling/coaching, vocational rehabilitation, placement services and much more.
